Although we may have been your
first guests in three years to stay for such a short while, we
wanted to thank you for the wonderful time we had at your inn.
Paul said of the sailboat ride
you arranged for us that it was "one of the best days of my
life". We would have loved to have stayed longer but we
missed and needed to get back to our 16 month old son.
I much preferred the personalized
service of your Inn to an all inclusive resort that makes you
feel like you could be anywhere. I also feel I would not have
gotten a chance to get to know the other guests had a gone to a
larger hotel. I wish even more success for you and The Inn On The
Bay.

A jewel in the sun!
We truly had a wonderful vacation
experience visiting the island of St. Lucia but more importantly
staying with you at the Inn on the Bay. We have been on many
vacations but this one ranks number one in terms of being
relaxing, beautiful, and invigorating. We met some interesting
people and ate some delicious food. Louise, your meals were
absolutely the best and if you ever decide to get out of the
hotel business you can open Chez Louise!!!

comments and there is nothing we can say that hasn't already been
said. We will spread the word about your "jewel in the
sun" and we look forward to returning to St. Lucia in the not

Our trip was truly memorable!
We wanted to thank you both again
for making our honeymoon something very special. We loved our
stay at The Inn on the Bay. It was peaceful and relaxing, exactly
what we were looking for. Steve and I especially loved the
breakfasts in the morning with the friends that we made at your
Inn. We also appreciate the extra care you gave us by providing
breakfast and an alarm clock on the morning we left. Your
breakfast sure beat any airline food!
We certainly will book accommodations with The Inn on the Bay when we travel to St. Lucia
again. As I sit here, dressed in long pants and a long sleeve
shirt, I wonder what everyone is doing in Marigot Bay.

A wonderful experience!
We are back... the trip was smooth and on
time. Unfortunately today was rainy and 45 degrees.... brrrr! As
I sat at my desk this morning my thoughts were of you all sitting
around the patio and having breakfast and that warm sun with the
gentle breeze. It's tough to be back. Judy and I want to thank
you both again for a wonderful experience... both your
hospitality and your accommodations more than met our
expectations... we certainly plan a return visit sometime in the
future. We'll stay in touch. Say hello to the rest for us and
take care of yourselves.

A Diving Paradise!
Firstly, we both thank you for
the lovely time that we had in your company on the beautiful
island of St Lucia. It was just what we both needed, very
relaxing, somewhere where we could get away from the rat race and
BE a couple.
For anyone coming to St Lucia who
wants to sample underwater life around the coast of St Lucia then
we have no regrets in recommending Rosemond' Trench Divers.
Situated in beautiful Marigot Bay, Rosemond and his experienced
staff offer the disconcerting diver the best diving available. We
wanted a dive operation that was quiet, personalized and away
from those with the "cattle-boats" syndrome. Rosemond
offers all this and more, good service, great diving and if you
are ever feeling really low just take one look at his big smile
and all your worries will disappear.
Rosemond and his staff, the
excellent diving, beautiful location (one of the best on the
island) and the superb accommodation with Norman and Louise all
went together to make the perfect holiday, one never to be
missed.
I have listed below the dive
sites that we visited with a brief explanation. Most divers like
to have an idea of the sites before they visit. Onward to the
diving or as Rosemond would say "OK you guys, time to rock
and roll"!!!
Leslie "M" Penetrable
wreck dive, max. depth 20 m, look for the sea horse. Coral
Gardens Shallow drift dive, good hard and soft corals. Superman's
Flight Drift dive 20/200m, in the vicinity of the
"Pitons", look at the different coral colours.
Pinnacles Drift dive 20/200m with variable currents, sometimes
quite strong, pretty awe-inspiring. Fairyland Wall and drift
dive, nice "drop off", look for turtles. Rosemond's
Trench Site named after Rosemond, shallow dive @ 10 m, follow
Rosemond for the best in fish life and corals, tunnels and a
small cave. Anse Chastanet Reef Gentle easy shallow dive @ 13 m,
enter small cave. Virgin's Point Look for "Barry"
Barracuda on entering the water, shallow dive 10 to 15 m, on a
good day can reach the end of the Anse La Raye Wall. Turtle Reef
Maximum depth 20 m, look for the stingrays and turtles. Anse
Cochon Bay Very shallow dive @ 5 to 10 m, study the macro sea
life. Anse La Raye Wall Drift and wall dive on this gentle
sloping wall, multilevel. Piton Wall Good multilevel drift dive,
wall drop off seems endless c. 4 to 5000 ft.

like a dream to wake up in the morning and have the great view
over Marigot Bay, one of the most beautiful bays on St Lucia.
